When will I receive my order?
Many items are made to order to ensure optimum freshness. We aim to dispatch your items within 3-5 business days so please bear this in mind when making an order.
How will my order be posted?
All orders are sent Second Class via Royal Mail as standard; however, if you need your items a bit sooner, there is also the choice to select First Class delivery at the Checkout. All orders over £40 have Free Delivery as Standard. All Samples have Free Delivery as Standard.
Do you Ship Overseas?
Yes, Manas Organics now ships Internationally. All orders over £40 have Free Delivery as Standard.
How can I pay?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards transactions as well as Paypal.
Are my details secure?
All credit and debit card transactions are made through Stripe, a secure and encrypted payment gateway. Our checkout server is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which ensures all data passed between the web sever and browsers remains private and protected.
Paypal is monitored 24 hours a day to help prevent against fraud, phishing and identity theft. Each transaction is heavily encrypted.
Do you accept Returns/ Refunds?
We do not currently accept returns for any of the cosmetic products for hygiene purposes. Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully and order accordingly. There are sample sizes available should you be unsure.
There is a 14 day cooling off period for the candle range providing the candle has not been lit.

The customer is liable for payment of the return postage and refunds will be issued once the product has been received by us.
